Dr. Manasi Atul Atitkar is currently serving as the Deputy Director at MIT Arts, Commerce and Science College, Alandi, Pune. With more than 18 years of teaching and academic leadership experience, she has contributed significantly to undergraduate and postgraduate education in Commerce and Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, and her subject expertise spans Financial Accounting, Principles of Management, Business Accounting, and Cost and Works Accounting.

Dr. Atitkar is a distinguished academician and researcher, having published numerous research papers in UGC, Scopus, and Web of Science indexed journals. She has also authored a book on Women Entrepreneurship, reflecting her research interest in women empowerment and entrepreneurial development. Her excellence in teaching and leadership has been recognized through several accolades, including the Global Faculty Award (2020), Best Woman Faculty Award (2021), International Brand Icon Award (2024), and the prestigious - Ideal Teacher Ward received from MAEER’s MIT Group of Institution Pune, Bharat.

As a proactive leader, Dr. Atitkar has played a key role in building national and international collaborations, establishing MoUs with universities abroad, and coordinating international study tours and exchange programs. Through her dynamic vision, research contributions, and institutional initiatives, she continues to inspire students, faculty, and the academic community.
